模溫(wen)機(ji)分為水(shui)式模溫(wen)機(ji)和油(you)式模溫(wen)機(ji)兩(liang)大類型,是一種(zhong)為用熱(re)設(she)備提供恒(heng)溫(wen)熱(re)源的(de)加(jia)熱(re)設(she)備,包(bao)含(han)加(jia)熱(re)和冷卻兩(liang)組功能(neng).廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于塑膠成型,導(dao)光板、壓鑄,擠(ji)、押出(chu)、橡膠輪(lun)胎、滾(gun)輪(lun)、化工(gong)、反應(ying)釜、粘合(he)、密煉等各行各業。
模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)配置應該(gai)根(gen)據用(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)工藝(yi)情況綜合判(pan)定(ding),如(ru)果使(shi)(shi)用(yong)油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji),操作(zuo)(zuo)者必須(xu)遵守這樣的(de)(de)(de)安全規定(ding):不要(yao)把模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)放(fang)在靠近熱(re)(re)源火爐的(de)(de)(de)地方,接(jie)頭使(shi)(shi)用(yong)有錐度(du)的(de)(de)(de)防(fang)漏(lou)(lou)和(he)具有耐溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)耐壓的(de)(de)(de)軟管(guan)或硬管(guan),定(ding)期檢查(cha)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回(hui)路模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji),接(jie)頭有無泄(xie)露,功能是(shi)否正常(chang),定(ding)期更(geng)換導(dao)熱(re)(re)油,應當(dang)選用(yong)人工合成油,熱(re)(re)穩定(ding)性(xing)好,結焦傾(qing)向小.在模(mo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)上,選擇合適(shi)的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)熱(re)(re)流體極為(wei)關鍵.用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)作(zuo)(zuo)導(dao)熱(re)(re)流體經濟,干凈,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)簡便,一旦溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回(hui)路如(ru)軟管(guan)聯結器(qi)泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou),流出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可直接(jie)排(pai)放(fang)到下水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)道.但用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)作(zuo)(zuo)導(dao)熱(re)(re)流體水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)也(ye)有缺(que)點(dian):水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)沸(fei)點(dian)低(di),限(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)了其使(shi)(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)分120℃水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji),150℃水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)180℃水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)磁力泵(beng)三大(da)型號(hao);在使(shi)(shi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)導(dao)熱(re)(re)流體時(shi),應考(kao)慮以下預防(fang)措施:用(yong)防(fang)腐蝕(shi)劑預先處理溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回(hui)路,進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)前使(shi)(shi)用(yong)過濾器(qi),定(ding)期用(yong)除(chu)銹(xiu)藥劑清洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)用(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備(bei).油溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)其使(shi)(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)較高(gao)(gao),高(gao)(gao)可達350℃使(shi)(shi)用(yong)無泄(xie)漏(lou)(lou)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)磁力泵(beng),油的(de)(de)(de)沸(fei)點(dian)高(gao)(gao),但導(dao)熱(re)(re)油的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量傳遞系數只有水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)1/3。
模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),可(ke)以(yi)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也可(ke)以(yi)降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen).模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)利(li)用(yong)高熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)傳性的(de)(de)(de)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)媒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)很短的(de)(de)(de)時間內(nei)(nei)(nei)將用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備升至工藝所需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du).在(zai)設(she)(she)定(ding)好熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)平(ping)(ping)衡溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)后,能自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)其溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)在(zai)極小誤(wu)差之(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei),且(qie)能維持定(ding)值(zhi).模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)由(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)冷卻系(xi)(xi)統、動力(li)傳輸系(xi)(xi)統、液位控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統以(yi)及溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)(qi)、注入口等器(qi)(qi)件組成.動力(li)傳輸系(xi)(xi)統中的(de)(de)(de)泵使熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)流體(ti)(ti)從(cong)裝有(you)內(nei)(nei)(nei)置加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)和冷卻器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)組內(nei)(nei)(nei)輸送至用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備,經過用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備消耗熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)后回到(dao)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)內(nei)(nei)(nei)部重(zhong)新加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)(qi)測量(liang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)流體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)并把數據(ju)傳送到(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部分的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)調節熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)流體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),從(cong)而間接調節用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du).如果(guo)模溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)機(ji)在(zai)生產中,用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)超過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)就(jiu)會打開電磁閥(fa)接通(tong)進水管(guan),直到(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)流液的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),即溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)回到(dao)設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi).如果(guo)模具溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)低于設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)就(jiu)會打開加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)繼續加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。
