熱(re)油泵機(ji)械密封失效的主(zhu)要形(xing)式表(biao)(biao)現(xian)為(wei):密封表(biao)(biao)面磨損,當動(dong)環(huan)(huan)為(wei)碳化鎢、靜環(huan)(huan)為(wei)石墨時,在靜環(huan)(huan)表(biao)(biao)面出現(xian)環(huan)(huan)狀溝紋;當動(dong)環(huan)(huan)用碳化鎢環(huan)(huan)熱(re)裝(zhuang)在不銹鋼環(huan)(huan)座上(shang)時,會(hui)出現(xian)碳化鎢環(huan)(huan)松(song)脫的現(xian)象(xiang);在動(dong)環(huan)(huan)和軸套(tao)之間(jian)結(jie)(jie)水垢,動(dong)環(huan)(huan)不能浮動(dong);動(dong)環(huan)(huan)密封圈(quan)磨損或翻邊(用4F—V形(xing)墊制造(zao)時);靜環(huan)(huan)離位等。 其(qi)主(zhu)要原因是溫(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)。高(gao)溫(wen)使(shi)(shi)密封端面內介質汽化;高(gao)溫(wen)使(shi)(shi)石墨環(huan)(huan)性能下降;高(gao)溫(wen)使(shi)(shi)冷(leng)卻水結(jie)(jie)垢;高(gao)溫(wen)使(shi)(shi)熱(re)裝(zhuang)的碳化鎢環(huan)(huan)松(song)脫;由于溫(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao),熱(re)油泵容(rong)易抽空,使(shi)(shi)熱(re)油泵(beng)機械(xie)密(mi)封(feng)失效的主要形(xing)式表(biao)(biao)現(xian)為(wei):密(mi)封(feng)表(biao)(biao)面磨(mo)損,當動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)為(wei)碳(tan)化(hua)鎢、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)為(wei)石墨時(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)表(biao)(biao)面出現(xian)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)狀溝紋;當動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)用碳(tan)化(hua)鎢環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱(re)裝在(zai)(zai)不銹鋼(gang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)座上(shang)時(shi)(shi)(shi),會出現(xian)碳(tan)化(hua)鎢環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)松脫的現(xian)象;在(zai)(zai)動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)和軸套之間結水(shui)垢,動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)不能(neng)浮動(dong);動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)磨(mo)損或翻邊(用4F—V形(xing)墊制造(zao)時(shi)(shi)(shi));靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)離(li)(li)位等(deng)。 其主要原(yuan)因(yin)是溫度(du)高。高溫使(shi)密(mi)封(feng)端面內介質汽化(hua);高溫使(shi)石墨環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)性能(neng)下降;高溫使(shi)冷卻水(shui)結垢;高溫使(shi)熱(re)裝的碳(tan)化(hua)鎢環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)松脫;由于溫度(du)高,熱(re)油泵(beng)容易抽空,使(shi)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)離(li)(li)位、動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)產生翻邊等(deng)缺(que)陷。有機械(xie)雜質存在(zai)(zai)時(shi)(shi)(shi),也會加劇(ju)密(mi)封(feng)面的磨(mo)損。
